Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is a model and actress. She became known in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors in a series of ten episodes that aired between 2006 and 2007. Her first project that she worked on in Hollywood was a choral comedy called Hollywood & Wine that she appeared in, where she played an actress that is newly arrived in Hollywood. The 9th season of Scrubs she was Maya who plays a attractive medical student. Then, it appears that the show was canceled. The next couple of years, the actress will be working on the Farrelly brothers' show Good for filming, starring Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. 2013 was the year she was able to work on larger projects. She was featured in six episodes in the detective show Franklin and Bash, and she was then offered her first part as a regular in the web series Chosen, starring Milo Ventimiglia. Also, she was Chad Michael Murray's replacement in the two first seasons. In the following seasons, she was in supporting roles in two feature films that took place on aircrafts. The first was a television film made for SyFy's flight 7500 that featured actors from TV shows. Another film can be seen in Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. In both films, she is an Air Attendant. In addition, she and Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador a brand new television show. The thriller-based series in which actors play CIA agents and produced by the director Robert Rodriguez however does not over a total with 13 episodes. She continues with the pilot of a different series, but it does not succeed. In 2015, she revealed the promo for a B-series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause then appeared as a character in comic Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The novel Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was released widely. She also appears in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
